Customize Your Schedule Layout

Control the size of columns and appointment time blocks in your schedule to create the layout that best fits your needs.

1. Select your Username, then click Account Settings.
2. Click Schedule.
3. Enter the minimum pixel width you want to use for columns and appointments in your schedule. You can also check Auto Size Columns to automatically scale and fit the therapist columns of the schedule to your screen.
4. Click Okay to save your settings.

Set Order of Therapists

Customize the order in which therapists appear in the schedule.

1. Select your Username, then click Account Settings.
2. Click Schedule Column Order.
3. Use the Clinic drop-down to choose a clinic location, then drag and drop therapist names to change the order in which they will be listed in the schedule.
4. Click Okay to save, or Reset to revert back to alphabetical order.
